Shipping & Delivery

• All products sold on our website correspond with the provided descriptions and images. Variations in the manufacturing process and the display properties of the computer hardware may mean that the colors, fabrics and design of the merchandise delivered to you may be perceived different in minor aspects when compared.
• Estimated shipping time of all Made to order / Backorder products is 3 to 4 week, it can change as per customization and production.
• Products would be as true as possible to the picture. However there might be variation in the rugs shown.
• In the following cases, orders might not be processed:
• If the products shown on the website are not available.
• If we are unable to obtain authorization of payment.

All credit card and net banking transactions will be repaid using the same route which means if you have made your transaction using net banking facility, the net value of your order will be refunded back into your bank account. This will take 7-10 working days from the time the returns are received and approved by the warehouse.

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
